Terms of Service

Effective and last updated: September 9, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Hermes Personal Automation (the “Application”), a private productivity tool operated through uscquant.com (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By authorizing or using the Application, you agree to these Terms.

1. Private and limited service

The Application is not offered as a public consumer service. Use is limited to individuals specifically authorized by the operator. We may approve, restrict, suspend, or terminate access at any time, including to protect accounts, data, infrastructure, or other users.

2. Application functions

The Application may connect to user-authorized Google services, including Calendar, Drive, Docs, and Sheets, to perform user-directed productivity functions. Those functions may include reading schedules, summarizing tasks, updating designated documents, exporting spreadsheets, and delivering configured reports.

Features may change, stop, fail, or produce incomplete results. Users remain responsible for reviewing outputs and maintaining appropriate backups.

3. Account authorization and security

You must have authority to grant access to every account, calendar, file, and data source connected to the Application. You are responsible for protecting your accounts and devices and for promptly revoking access if you suspect unauthorized use. You may revoke Google access through your Google Account's third-party connection settings.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

5. User data and privacy

Our handling of information is described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. By using the Application, you direct it to process authorized information as needed to perform configured functions.

6. Third-party services

The Application relies on third-party services such as Google APIs, hosting infrastructure, and configured email providers. Your use of those services is also governed by their terms and policies. We do not control and are not responsible for the availability, security, or conduct of third-party services.

7. Intellectual property

The Application, site design, and related materials are owned by their respective rights holders. These Terms grant authorized users only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Application for its intended private purposes.

8. No professional advice

Application summaries and other outputs are provided for organizational convenience. They are not legal, financial, tax, medical, compliance, or other professional advice. Users should verify important dates, source records, recipients, and actions independently.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Application is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or accurate, or that data loss will not occur.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, opportunities, or goodwill arising from or related to the Application. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the minimum amount permitted by applicable law.

11. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, or expenses resulting from your unlawful use of the Application, your violation of these Terms, or your processing of information without proper authorization.

12. Changes and termination

We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version at this URL and revising the effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. You may stop using the Application and revoke its access at any time.

13. Contact

Questions about these Terms may be directed to the operator using the contact information published on uscquant.com.
